I would like to add that as a Leader, you must inspire your employees for the best results. A real Leader should focus on development "passion for results" in his employees. Employees should have clear answers to the following: What they are doing at workplace...How they are doing...Why... and Who is affected When employees have answers to all these questions, the working environment will improve. It is Leader's job to "teach" employees to have clear vision. Great article!
