What really got me was where you were wrapping up your thoughts at the end. Enjoy the process! I have lots of goals, but once I reach them, I feel like I need to move on to the next goal on my checklist. Instead, I really try to focus on being in the moment it takes to get to the goal. To make it fun and enjoyable. My goal to lose those final 20 pounds really matters if I’m doing things I love and enjoy and eat the foods that taste great so I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing to achieve a goal. Each goal has its process and an opportunity to relish and expand yourself in the journey. Each task that gets me closer to my goal is an occasion to celebrate, even if it is the happy dance in my head.

I think what helps to achieve goals is making sure that your goal is something you really really want to achieve.
